SSRF & Whiskey Hill Farms!

SSRF is partnering with Whiskey Hill Farms in a series of all-day agricultural technology workshops scheduled to be held on Saturdays between October 2021 and February 2022. These workshops are intended to disseminate successful new food production technologies and practices and small-scale techniques and technologies designed to conserve natural resources, protect soils and biodiversity, and increase farm productivity. The workshops will take place at Whiskey Hill Farms (http://whiskeyhillfarms.com/), a 14-acre organic farm near Watsonville, and the workshops are funded by a grant from the Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education (SARE) program, funded by the United States Department of Agriculture’s National Institute for Food and Agriculture (https://nifa.usda.gov/). Additional funding comes from local sponsors and other sources. All farms are welcome to attend.
